As the owner of Troy Walling Custom Homes and Troy Walling Construction Co., he has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and a commitment to doing every job the right way.
In 2016, Troy and his wife, Tammy, founded T. Walling Properties with a simple philosophy: residents deserve well-maintained homes, responsive service, and a landlord they can trust.
Today, Troy applies the same attention to detail that has defined his construction career to every property in the company's portfolio, ensuring each home is cared for with pride and professionalism.

Tammy Walling has spent her life in Northern Kentucky and is passionate about serving the community she calls home.
As co-owner of T. Walling Properties, she works closely with residents to ensure every home is clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Tammy believes great property management starts with listening, clear communication, and treating people with kindness and respect.
Together with Troy, she has built a family-owned business centered on integrity, reliability, and providing homes that residents are proud to call their own.
